smaller black car with spoiler bar in the back once again contained same transferred

the car contained same weak link transferred dog -brown hunting dog with ailing bark and head out the window which has no body hair probably making it mixbreed. this car turned on 4th street from nelson towards Collins market direction shortly after I made the same turn. again this same dog is being transferred from car to car to car meaning that shooting bullies have multi car/multi access to same dog.
